Project Management (
Sonisa consultants are experts in the field of project management. Typical responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the triple constraint for projects, which is cost, time, and scope. Each project constraint is interrelated and need to be managed effectively. With backgrounds implementing complex projects across the United States, Sonisa is your answer for project management
Project Management Approach (back to top)
- Kickoff/Initiation
Define the overall scope of the project, outline the objectives, and discuss project approach with key stakeholders. A document known as the “Project Charter” is created during this phase and is referenced throughout the project cycle.
- Design/Planning
Sonisa consultants hold discussion forums to evaluate resource constraints, time constraints, and budget constraints. Then align the information into a formal document known as the “Project Plan”
The Project Plan outlines the objectives, scope, approach, procedures, and stakeholder endorsements. In addition to the Project Plan document, a more detailed schedule will be tracked in Microsoft projects allowing management to identify critical paths, view training timelines, visualize resource allocation, and verify budget information.
- Execution
Now that a solid plan has been created and put in place, it’s now time to execute your plan successfully. Project managers will be proactively working the project plan to make sure resources are being utilized efficiently, timelines are met, budget constraints are kept to a minimum, and communication paths are working effectively. Weekly status reports are held to inform key stakeholders of the projects progression.
- Monitoring and Controlling
Sonisa consultants keep an eye on original project goals and make sure the project sticks to the original project scope. Any warranted changes are discussed with key stakeholders and reworked into the project plan.
- Closing
As the project comes to an end, Sonisa consultants will be there to make sure all the little details are closed out and review all facets of the project with key stakeholders.
